For the Feast of St. George – our parish is hosting an English Festival!

Many of you know that the word Anglican means English or “of England. And our Festival will celebrate the English and the “Best of the Brits” – The Queen, The Beatles, Downton Abbey, Doctor Who – and so on.

We hope to share our love for English culture, music, even English food and introduce our visitors to the best of English spirituality in our community of Saint Paul’s Church and Canterbury School.

I’m currently rehearsing the pointing for the 1549 English Book of Common Prayer for an evening service on the day of the Festival.

Come visit – don’t miss this!
